RAVENWOOD AFTER DARK / PARTICIPANT SAFETY

GUEST WAIVER.

Please review this entire acknowledgment before entering an After Dark experience. A waiver is not a ticket or a guarantee of admission. Adults 18+ can sign here; minors require a separate guardian process.

Limited physical contact

Only guests who explicitly opt in may receive brief, light contact on the upper arm or shoulder from trained scare actors. Grabbing, pushing, pulling, restraining, touching sensitive areas, and blocking exits are prohibited. You may withdraw permission at any time by telling staff. Red Safe Passage and requests to reduce intensity override earlier consent. Glow necklace colors must remain visible.

This is a proposed operational waiver for legal and insurance review, not a guarantee of enforceability. Ravenwood must establish safety procedures, a privacy policy, and a guardian process before public launch.
